All patient consultations are screened for signs of fever and illness before being permitted attendance at the clinic. Do not attend if you think you have symptoms of coronavirus or have come into close contact with someone who has. Including recent persistent cough or cold within the last 14 days.
All staff are now wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) to ensure the safe application of manual therapy.
Only one patient is permitted to attend the practice at a time.
Upon arrival body temperature will be scanned to check it is within a normal range.
Hand sanitiser is available in the waiting room area and must be used prior to consultation.
Clinic rooms have been changed to allow deep cleaning of all contact surfaces prior to each treatment, with a new hand wash station installed.
Please arrive at the start of your appointment time and not early as we allow enough time between arrival and exit to minimise your contact with others.
Medical face masks are available.
If you are suffering stress anxiety or depression during this critical time and would like to talk, our counselling professional Tal Raven is available for an initial free counselling session.
